This delegation visited on 28th March, 1994 at 1600 hours a centre of all Hindu religion namely Birla Mandir, Mandir Marg in New Delhi with the aim of finding a proper person who could stand witness of the extra sensual abilities of Mr. Grabovoi G. P. Meeting was held with the high priest of the above temple who testified that Mr. Grabovoi G. P. has a very high level of extra sensitive abilities and there is no other person who could certify the lavel of Mr. Grabovoi G. P's abilities. A question was put to the high priest from delegate side «who can certify the extra sensitive lavel of Mr. Grabovoi G. P.?». To the above question the priest had answered that there is no person in Delhi who can define the level of extra sensitive abilities of Mr. Grabovoi G. P. The administrator of Birla Mandir Mr. H. B. Sinha suggested to visit another religious institution.
